Target Volume

This property box determines which volume an entry will be moved to with the Migrate Entry activity.

To configure Target Volume

1. Add the Migrate Entry activity to your workflow definition by dragging it from the Toolbox Pane and dropping it in the Designer Pane.
2. Select the activity in the Designer Pane.
3. Under Target Volume in the Properties Pane, specify which volume the entry will be moved to.

• Use parent folder's volume: Moves the entry to the same volume as the folder the entry is placed in.
• Look up volume by name: Moves the entry to the volume specified. Enter a volume's name in the text box, or browse for a volume by clicking the Browse button (ellipsis) . Alternatively, click the Token button (right arrow) to use tokens.

Note: The physical volumes inside a logical volume are hidden by default based on security settings. To see these physical volumes, your repository administrator must change the security settings in the Laserfiche Administration Console. More information.
